NEW TO LUNCH SPECIALS TODAY?

Lunch Specials Today was formed to provide a new approach to Restaurant Advertising that would benefit not only the restaurant industry but also the customer and business community. Our web site is easy once you know some secrets. Let us tell you about them.

THE BEGINNING

In order to use our site you must sign up. It's easy. On the home page just click the SIGNUP TODAY button found in the right hand side bar and complete the form. If you have friends that might be interested, add their names at the bottom of the sign-up page. Click the SIGNUP TODAY button and you are done. If you come back to the site another time you will have to LOGIN with your e-mail address and password. If you forget your password, just make sure your e-mail address is correct on the login form but leave the password field blank. The web site will e-mail your password to your inbox after you click the LOGIN button. 

HOME PAGE

At the top of the home page are the navigation links. Click on these to access the various pages of the site. Note that some pages are for Restaurants only but the rest of the site is for you.

The home page shows the FEATURED SPECIALS for the day. FEATURED SPECIALS show you which restaurants have submitted specials in addition to their normal daily specials. We want you to notice these right away.

At the  bottom of the home page is a set of secondary navigation links that explain more about who we are and the information presented on this site.

ABOUT US

The About Us page explains a little bit about our program and how we got started. Take a moment to read this page as it has information that is important to you as a customer as well as to potential subscribing restaurants.

TODAY'S SPECIALS

This page explains a little bit about what lunch and dinner specials offered by our subscribing restaurants are about. The meal graphics are links that display the lunch or dinner specials for the day.

MY PROFILE

This page shows your personal information. If you change e-mail addresses, name or wish to change your password or your preferred eating area, select this link. You can also opt out of the program from this page - but why would you?

RESTAURATEURS

This page is used by subscribing restaurants to maintain their specials and profile information. It has a separate security access system.

DINING SEARCH

If you are looking for specific kind of food or a different area in which to eat, use our dining search page. You enter your dining preferences and let our restaurant search engine find what you are looking for. A nice list shows your search selections and restaurants that meet those parameters.

WHY IS THE SITE SECURED WITH AN ACCESS SYSTEM?

A very good question. We only want to offer the restaurant specials to those individuals who are really interested in eating out. We don't want to generate spam or be an annoyance to you. We know your inbox is filled with unsolicited junk mail each day. We are offering our subscribing restaurants an opportunity of direct contact with those who want to receive daily or weekly notices. This is to their advantage and yours.
